Refund & Return Policy

At The House of Niya, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any purchases, including sale items and gift cards.

Exceptions — Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thehouseofniya.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue & with the unboxing video of the package. We will assess each case individually and, where applicable, offer a store credit or replacement item in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Exchange Requests We do not offer exchanges. In exceptional circumstances where an exchange is considered, a clear, unedited video of the package being opened must be provided as proof. This video must be submitted along with your order number within 48 hours of delivery. Requests without an unboxing video will not be entertained. If an exchange is approved, you will be invited to select a replacement item from our store within 10 business days.

Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, as we begin processing immediately to ensure prompt dispatch.

International Orders For international orders, we are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs clearance. These remain the responsibility of the customer. No return, refund or exchange available for international orders.
